Executive AI workshops · half or full dayGet your leadership team
speaking the same language.
A working session for the executives who have to lead with AI, not a lecture about it. Built around your business and your decisions, so the team leaves with shared vocabulary, a prioritized set of use cases, and a clear view of what AI will and will not do.
Book an intro call About Gati AdvisoryWhy executive teams get stuck
The problem is rarely a lack of interest. It is that every executive around the table has a different mental model of what AI is. The CFO is thinking about cost, the COO about disruption, the head of sales about a demo they saw last quarter. Conversations circle because the words mean different things to different people.
This session fixes that first, then uses the shared footing to do real prioritization work. It is not generic AI training and it is not a keynote. Your business is the case study.
What the session covers
- A working vocabulary, calibrated to executives rather than engineers
- What the technology actually does well, and where it reliably fails
- Use case generation grounded in your operations, not in industry anecdotes
- Prioritization against business value, feasibility, and time to production
- Risk, governance, and guardrails in language your board will accept
- What changes for your people, and how to talk to them about it honestly
- The decisions in front of you, and who owns each one
Formats
Half day
Shared vocabulary, a grounded view of the technology, and an initial use case discussion. Right for teams starting the conversation, or for a board that needs to be brought along.
Full day
Everything in the half day, plus structured prioritization work and a first pass at sequencing. Teams leave with a ranked list they agree on, which is usually the thing that has been missing.
Preparation and follow-up
Every session is built after a short discovery conversation, so the examples are drawn from your business and your industry. Nobody sits through a case study about a company that looks nothing like yours.
You receive the working materials, a written summary of the prioritized use cases the team produced, and a short set of recommended next steps. Many teams follow the workshop with an AI strategy roadmap to turn the priorities into a sequenced plan.
Who should be in the room
The executive team, and ideally the board members who will be asked to approve what comes next. The value of the session comes from alignment, and alignment requires the people who actually decide.
Gati does not offer generic AI training or certification programs. If you need broad workforce enablement, we are not the right fit, and we will say so.
How long is an executive AI workshop?
Half day or full day. The half day builds shared vocabulary and opens the use case discussion. The full day adds structured prioritization and sequencing work.
Who should attend?
The executive leadership team, and where possible the board members who will approve what comes next. The session is built around decisions, so the decision makers need to be present.
Is this generic AI training?
No. Every session is built after a discovery conversation and uses your business as the case study. If you need broad workforce enablement or certification programs, we are not the right fit.
Can you run the workshop remotely?
Yes, though the prioritization work in the full-day format tends to go better in person, because disagreement surfaces faster in a room.
What do we leave with?
A shared vocabulary, a prioritized set of use cases your team agreed on, the working materials, a written summary, and a clear set of recommended next steps.
