Two formats
Half day, about three and a half hours
Two working blocks and two hands on exercises. Best when the team needs a shared starting point and a ranked list.
Full day, about seven hours with lunch
All four exercises plus a 90 day sequencing block, so you leave with an order of work as well as priorities.
Evidence, not hype
The session draws on primary research from sources such as McKinsey, BCG and Deloitte, with named samples and dates, never vendor marketing. Every figure in the room can be traced to its source.
Common questions
Is this AI training?
No. Generic training teaches tools. A working session is built around your business and ends with decisions: where AI pays for you, where it does not, and which decision is next.
Who should attend?
The owner or CEO, the CFO, and the leaders who run operations, sales and IT. Usually six to twelve people.
Half day or full day?
A half day covers two working blocks and two exercises. A full day covers all four exercises and adds a 90 day sequencing block, so you leave with an order of work as well as priorities.
What happens afterwards?
You leave with a written summary and the one decision the room agreed matters most. If it deserves a closer look, a Decision Sprint is the natural next step, but there is no obligation.
